At Yummi Candles Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home ambiance. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused and unlit items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused candles in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot issue refunds for items that arrive broken.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Mississauga distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
